These terms apply to the bookings, calls, texts and messages you exchange with Zanus AI Corporation ("we").
A booking is held for you once you confirm it the way we ask (a code, a reply, a key pressed on a call, or a verified e-mail). Please tell us as early as you can if you cannot come; the cancellation notice and any fee are the ones we told you when you booked. Repeated no-shows may be asked to confirm again before a booking is held.
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive texts from us about your bookings and requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our phone and chat are answered by an assistant that works from our own information and hands you to a person when it cannot help. It never guesses a price, an availability or a fact it does not have.
